INTRODUCTION
Rashtriya Sarvangin Gramvikas Sanstha (RSGS) was established as a Non Profit Organization in 1995 under Societies Registration Act 1860 and Public Trust Act 1950 to provide necessary support to the Rural population of our Society and bring positive changes in their lives. Over two decades RSGS has concentrated it's activities in several villages of Mulshi Tehsil located approx 50 km west of Pune. RSGS identifies the needs of the local villagers by Group discussions (Gram Sabha) & Surveys. Needs are met as per the advice & guidance given by experts in respective fields with the help of Employeers & Volunteers. Financial assistance is fulfilled by individual donors, corporate sector, government schemes, others. Since 2012, after realizing the need, RSGS started working in Beed & Osmanabad Districts of Marathwada Region of Maharashtra State

Skill Orient the Youth to pursue better career or start own business. Unite & Empower Women to become self reliance & be able to look after themselves & family.
TEAM
The Team comprises of Trustees and Members with Professional background who voluntarily work towards the smooth & effective functioning of the Organization. Team Members oversee and control the Trust Activities & Operations and are responsible for Strategy, Organizational Development & Growth, Fund raising etc.

GOVERNANCE
RSGS has a dedicated workforce of more than 40 personnel comprising of Activity Heads, Project Coordinators, Teachers, Field workers and Support staff at different locations. Policy & Procedures, Systems & Processes are laid down which serve as a general guideline enabling the individuals to perform effectively and consistantly within the Framework of Organization.
